Shipping & Returns
Everything here is made in small batches by hand, so here's exactly what to expect once your order is placed.
What shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders over $65.00.
- A flat $9.95 on everything under that — one fee, no matter how much is in your basket.
- We ship within the United States and Canada.
When your order goes out
- Cookies are baked to order and go out twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays. They're best within seven days, or you can freeze them until you're ready.
- Candles, sweatshirts, hats, and tees arrive within two weeks of your order.
- You'll get an email confirmation the moment your order comes through.
Returns
- Baked goods are final sale. Food can't be returned once it leaves the kitchen — but if something arrives broken or stale, tell us and we'll make it right.
- Sweatshirts, tees, and hats can be returned unworn and unwashed within 14 days of delivery for a refund or a size exchange.
- Candles can be returned unused and unburned within 14 days.
- Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered.

Damaged or lost packages
Cookies travel a long way and sometimes the mail is rough. Send us a photo within a week of delivery and we'll replace or refund the order.
